Their description: We are studying people’s views about various organizational human resource policies. You will be presented with eight workplace policies. For each policy you will be answering three questions that assess your perceptions of the policy. You will also answer some demographic questions but no names or identifying information will be collected. The entire study will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
